If you haven’t seen The Boondock Saints get to it by October 30th when The Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day is released in theaters. It looks like it is not going to disappoint fans of the original. ::crosses fingers::

Judge, writer and director of “Office Space” and co-creator of the TV series “King of the Hill,” has long liked to set his work in the world of malfunctioning copiers and beer-drinking propane salesmen. Even his wicked satire of the future, “Idiocracy,” focused on the inanities of everyday life, just set 500 years from now.

His new film, “Extract,” is no exception: It’s about a factory owner, Joel (Jason Bateman), who must deal with a host of employee problems as well as a chilly wife.

Jason Bateman was great in Arrested Development. I think it’s one of the greatest comedies on TV and was sad to see it so quickly cancelled. You can watch episodes for free on Hulu. Here’s the trailer for Extract, in theaters this friday.

Looks compelling if you like soccer/sports films. Starring Michael Sheen and Colm Meaney. From IMDB:

Taking over England’s top football club Leeds United, previously successful manager Brian Clough’s abrasive approach and his clear dislike of the players’ dirty style of play make it certain there is going to be friction. Glimpses of his earlier career help explain both his hostility to previous manager Don Revie and how much he is missing right-hand man Peter Taylor who has loyally stayed with Brighton & Hove Albion.
